Today, we prepare Mongolian barbeque on a large, round, open grill that measures 60 inches in diameter. It is made with two thick layers of stainless steel and a copper sheath sandwiched in between. When fired up, the grill gets sizzling hot and can easily cook up to ten meals at once.
